• In exercise of powers conferred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 read with clause (g) of sub-section (2) of Section 178 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby specifies the Grid Code, refer attachment for further details.
