- In the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986,dated 14th September 1999, Sub-Section (1) and Clause (v) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 3 read with Clause (d) of Sub-Rule (3) of Rule (5) 1986, and in supersession of the Notification S.O.763 (E) subsequent amendments.
- The objections or suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft Notification within the sixty days from the date of publication dated 22nd Apr 2021.
