- Draft rule shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of fifteen days from the date on which copies of this notification as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the public;
- In the Insecticides Rules, 1971, in rule 10, in sub-rule (1A), in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2021” the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2022” shall be substituted, refer attachment for further details
