• The following draft of rules further to amend the Maharashtra Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011, which the Government of Maharashtra propose to make in exercise of the powers conferred bythe Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
• These rules may be called the Maharashtra Legal Metrology (Enforcement) (First Amendment) Rules, 2021.
• Notice is hereby given that the saiddraft rules will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 2ndSeptember 2021.
• Any objections or suggestions which may be received with respect to the said draft, within the said period will be considered by the Government.
