Final notification of Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Third Amendment Regulations, 2021 – FSSAI

• It will come into force from 08^thof June 2021.
• In Sub-Regulation 2.1.1, in clause 11 “Any Multi source edible vegetable oil containing Mustard Oil manufactured” shall be inserted on or after 08^thJune, 2021.
• In Sub-Regulation 2.1.1, in clause 11 “The Multi Source Edible Vegetable Oil shall not be sold in loose form. It shall be sold in sealed package weighing not more than 15 Kilograms” shall be substituted.
