- The U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu vide order dated 06.10.2021 has issued guidelines related to the upcoming Navratri Festival outside the Containment Zone.
- No festive events in Containment Zone shall be allowed.
- No gatherings shall be allowed in Public Places, Party Plots, Common Community Grounds/ Fields, Clubs, Hotels and other such open sites on Navratri Festival.
- Setting up of stalls and pandals at public places during Navratri shall not be allowed.
- Garba/ Durga Pooja gatherings at ceiling limit of 200 persons shall be allowed in Housing societies/Residential Colonies, subject to strict adherence to COVID appropriate behaviour & SOPs issued by UT Administration.
- The organizers of Navratri and Durga Pooja shall ensure that all the people participating in the festival events are fully vaccinated.
- However, prior permission for any congregation for social/academic/ sports/ entertainment/cultural/religious/political functions outside Containment Zone shall be mandatorily taken from the Collectorate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. ETC.,
