Introduction of Third Party Certification Scheme under various Labour Laws (Hindi Version) – Govt. of Rajasthan

In the said notification the employer institution management is authorized to submit third party certification for audit as per the conditions:
In case of accidents/ complaints, third party certificate of the institute is not valid.
Institutions of any class or type or area will not be subjected to third party inspection if prohibited by labour Inspector.
The employer shall comply with the instructions issued by the department.
The representative of Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Small Scale Industries (Bharti) shall conduct audit on compliance of labour laws and upload the audit report to the department portal (LDMS) by 30th June every year.
