Letter regarding SOP on Regulatory action against malpractices in disposal of used cooking oil (UCO) (dated -27.01.2022) – FSSAI.

• In case of any malpractices is observed against the FSSAl enrolled biodiesel plants, manufacturers of soap, lubricant etc. And /or their aggregator/collection agency then suitable regulatory action must be taken against them by FSSAI regulatory officials. Similar actions are required in respect of FBOs not disposing UCO as per the directions issued by FSSAI, refer attachment for further details.
