- The Securities and Exchange Board of India issued a master circular under section 11(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and regulation 2A of SEBI (Debenture Trustees ) Regulations, 1993, Regulation 55 of SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible securities) Regulations, 2021, Regulation 29 of SEBI ( Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations 2015 and Regulation 101 (1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015.The provisions of the Master Circular shall come into force with effect from April 01, 2023, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in this circular.
