- The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide a master circular combined all the circulars/directions under the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. And thereby directions/instructions contained in the circulars listed out in the Appendix to this Master Circular shall stand rescinded. Please refer to the circular for more details.
