In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.57 /GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, in the second paragraph,-
In the proviso, for the sign “.” existing at the end, the sign “:” shall be substituted;
After the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
“Provided also that the said persons shall furnish a statement, containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the quarter ending 30th June, 2022 till the 31st day of July, 2022.”, refer attachment for further details.
