Notice on Ease of operational Procedure (dated-07.11.2022)-SEBI.

• Goods and Service Tax (GST) on payment of fees made to SEBI, has been made applicable w.e.f July 18, 2022.
• Currently, fees towards filings made with SEBI, in terms of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 2018, are being paid through Payment Gateway made available at SEBI Intermediary Portal (SI Portal).
• In absence of provision for GST payment in SI Portal, GST payment is currently being made vide demand drafts (DDs).
• Till such time, provision for GST payment is made in Intermediary Portal; for ease of convenience, Merchant Bankers, Companies and other market intermediaries are hereby advised to make payment of applicable GST as per the mentioned Bank detail, refer attachment for further details.
