Notification of Authorised officer under Section 25 read with Section 47 (5) of FSS Act, 2006 and Regulation 13 (1) of FSS (Imports) Regulations, 2017 (dated -24.06.2022)-FSSAI.
- In supersession to the previous orders issued in respect of notification of Authorised Officers at the location as given below, the Competent Authority hereby notifies FSSAI official as Authorised Officer for the jurisdiction of food import entry point as mentioned below w.e.f.01st July, 2022 for imported food clearance process till further orders, in terms of the provisions contained in Section 47 (5) of FSS Act, 2006 and Regulation 13(1) of FSS (Import) Regulation, 2017,,refer attachment for further details.
