Notification of the Central Motor Vehicles (Thirteenth Amendment) Rules, 2022(dated-18.08.2022)-Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

• They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
• In rule 50 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, in sub-rule (1), in clause (v), for the words “approved licence plate manufacturers or their dealers”, the words “licence plate manufacturers or their dealers approved by the State Government or Union Territory Administration” shall be substituted, refer attachment for further details.
