Notification of the Drugs (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2022 (dated – 01.07.2022)-MOHFW.

• This notification has come into effect from 01.07.2022.
• In the Drugs Rules, 1945, in Schedule K, in the serial number 39, in the column under the heading “Extent and Conditions of Exemptions”, at the end, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:─
• “Provided that the condition specified in clause (d) shall not be applicable for the drugs manufactured on or before the 30th November, 2022”, refer attachment for further details.
