- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (z) of sub-section (2) of section 176 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy Through Green Energy Open Access) Rules, 2022, namely the Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy Through Green Energy Open Access) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, refer attachment for further details.
