Notification of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Fourth Amendment) Order, 2022(dated-27.09.2022)-Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.

• It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
• In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985 in sub-clause (3) of clause 29,-
• For the word “ two” the word “one ” shall be substituted;
• For the figures “2020” the figures “2022″ shall be substituted, refer attachment for further details.
