Notification of the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on sales) Second Amendment Regulations, 2022(dated-05.09.2022)-FSSAI.

• They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
• In the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on sales) Regulations, 2011, in regulation 2.3 relating to “Prohibition and Restriction on sale of certain products”, in sub-regulation 2.3.14, in clause (11), for the words “Multi source Edible Vegetable Oil” wherever they occur, the words “Multi-source edible oil” shall be substituted, refer attachment for further details.
