- In the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the said rules”) (1) In rule 24, in sub-rule (1) for the words “fifteen days”, the words “thirty days” shall be substituted.
- In the said rules, in rule 24, after sub-rule (1), the following proviso shall be added, Namely “Provided that if no order for compliance/ registration certificate is communicated to the applicant within thirty days from the date of receipt of the registration application, the permission applied for by the said application shall be deemed to have been granted.”, refer attachment for further details.
