Notification of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022(dated-16.09.2022)-Govt. of Jharkhand.

• Save as otherwise provided, section 12 and 13 of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 5th July, 2022.
• Provided that other provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the Government of Jharkhand may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, refer attachment for further details.
