Notification of the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments (Amendment) Rules, 2022(dated-10.08.2022)-Govt. of Kerala.

• They shall come into force at once.
• Amendment of the Rules.- (1) In the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Rules, 1961,-
• rule 2E shall be omitted;
• sub-rule (3) of rule 2G shall be omitted;
• rule 12A shall be omitted;
• Form H shall be omitted, refer attachment for further details.
