Notification of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2022 (dated -24.05.2022)-MSME.

• This notification has come into effect from 24.05.2022.
• In the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Rules, 2016, after clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 5, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
• “(a i) Minister of State in the Ministry of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises-Vice Chairperson ex officio”, refer attachment for further details.
