- In exercise of the powers confreres by sub- section (2) of section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022(Odisha Act 10 of 2022), the State Government do hereby appoint the 16th September, 2022 as the date on which the provision of section 13 of the said Act shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
