• This provisions is for safety and health.
• Third Party” for this Scheme, shall be a person or an agency employing person- “A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute”.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in operation or maintenance of construction work.
• Age limit-has not attained the age of 62 years and should be physically fit etc.,
