- The Director General of Foreign Trade, vide a trade notice, amended the Category 5B of Appendix 3 (SCOMET Items) to Schedule-2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items that controlled the export of all kinds/types of drones/UAVs to simplify and liberalize the SCOMET policy for export of Drones/UAVs .
