• The Central Bank of Sri Lanka, vide notification no. 2360/02, issued Determinations No. 01 of 2023 made under Sections 44(9) and 44(10) of the Banking (Special Provisions) Act No. 17 of 2023. This Determinations shall come into effect from 15th November 2023. Please refer the notification for more details.
