- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 87 & 88 read with Section 91-A of the Employees’ State insurance Act, 1948 (Act No.34 of 1948) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempts Factories / Establishments in Andhra Pradesh State engaged in the seasonal processing and re-drying of unmanufactured leaf tobacco or processes incidental and connected there with from the operation of the said Act from 03.07.2022 to 02.07.2023 subject to usual terms and conditions, refer attachment for further details.
