- The Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization, and National Policies, vide notification no.2366/19, amended the Gazette notification No. 2312/78 dated 01st January 2023 under Import and Export (Control) Regulations No.02 of 2023. The amendment allows importation of certain goods listed in the Schedule under regulation 4 of the said act, subject to recommendation of Chief Accounting Officer of the respective ministry in charge and rules/regulations applicable on import of motor vehicles classified under HS Chapter 87.
