- The Central Board of Direct taxes vide a notification amended the Income Tax Rules, 1962 by substituting certain sub rules and clauses under rule 11AA ,rule 2C and rule 17A and made some amendments in Form 10A and Form 10AB. The provisions under these notification shall come into effect from 1st of October, 2023. Please refer to the notification for more details.
