- The Central Board of Direct Taxes vide a notification made amendments in rule 44E sub rule (2) and Rule 44F related to annexures to the application for obtaining an advance ruling and statement and documents accompanying the annexures and certification of copies of the advance rulings respectively. Form No. 34C to FORM 34EA were also amended in Appendix II. Please refer to the notification for more details.
