- The Government of Karnataka notified draft to amend the Karnataka Excise (Excise Duties and Fees) Rules, 1968 with effect from 20th July, 2023 by substituting entries in Schedule –D relating to rate of Additional Excise duty /Additional countervailing duty for items Brandy, Whisky, Gin, Rum and such other liquors and Beer (bottled).
