- Amendment of previous notification no:23/2023 dated 03.08.2023 by extending the date of import consignments clearance till 31.10.2023 without a Licence for Restricted Imports for certain items like Laptops, Tablets, All-in-one Personal Computers, Ultra small form factor Computers and Servers falling under HSN 8471. For clearance of import consignments with effect from 01.11.2023, a valid Licence for Restricted Imports is required. Please refer notification for more details.
