- The Government of Bihar amended the previous notification No. S.O. 110, dated the 06th May, 2020 issued under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, by reducing the threshold limit for GST E-invoicing from ten crores rupees to five crore rupees with effect from 1st August 2023.
