• The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide a notification amended the Securities and Exchange board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 by inserting the regulation 25A- “Meeting of the board of directors of the trustee company and the board of directors of asset management company” and substituting regulation 31A –“in principle approval from recognized stock exchange” etc. Please refer to the notification for more details.
