- This regulation shall come into force from 01.10.2023. Billing, Collection and disbursement of the inter-State transmission charges and losses for the billing period of Aug’2023, Sep’2023 & Oct’2023 shall be undertaken in the billing months of Oct’2023, Nov’2023 & Dec’2023 respectively.
