- The Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies, vide a notification amended lmports and Exports (Control) Regulations No. o.1 of 2023,to implement the Import Control License (ICL) for the importation of goods listed in Schedule V of the regulations. This license can only be issued to an Approved Enterprise intending to process and re-export the goods, with a minimum of 35% local value addition. It is not permitted to use this license for any other forms of direct or indirect sale purposes. Please refer the notification for more details.
