- The Government of Jharkhand vide a notification, amended various provisions and forms of the Jharkhand Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017, and included Rule 37A regarding the reversal of input tax credit, and Rule 88C regarding the manner of dealing with differences in liability. The notification shall be deemed to have come into force from December 26th, 2022. Please refer to the notification for more details.
