- The Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization, and National Policies, vide notification issued the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Regulations No. 1 of 2023. According to the regulations, market intermediaries are required to pay fees and charges as specified in Schedule I, while market institutions are required to pay fees and charges as specified in Schedule II. These regulations will come into effect on 1st February 2024. Please refer the notification for more details.
