- The updated Special commodity levy rates have been published under Column I and Column II of the Schedule under section 2 of the said act pertaining to Sugar (HS Heading of 17.01) shall be valid for a period of one year commencing from 2nd November 2023. The extra ordinary Gazette notification No.2313/34 dated January 04, 2023 in respect of sugar (HS Heading of 17.01) is hereby rescinded with effect from 2nd, November, 2023 Please refer notification for more details.
