- The Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies, vide an order, updated the special commodity levy rates of certain articles specified in Column I of the Schedule with the rate specified in Column II issued under the Section 2 of the Special Commodity Levy Act, No. 48 of 2007. This Order shall be valid for a period of one year commencing from December 1st, 2023, rescinding previous notification no. 2313/34 dated January 4th, 2023. Please refer the order for more details.
