- Amendment were made in previous notification No.13/2017 – State Tax, dated the 29th June, 2017 by substituting the words “from the Financial Year ____under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism ” for the words “during the Financial Year ____ under forward charge” in Annexure III. This notification shall come into force with effect from 27th July, 2023. Please refer notification for more details.
