- The powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishment Act, 1958 (No.25 of 1958), the state Government, hereby directs that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the towns specified in column (3) of the Schedule given below, with in the local areas specified in column (4) of the said schedule, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification.
