- The Governor of Punjab is pleased to exempt all establishments from the provisions of Section 9 of Sub-Section (1) of Section 10 of the Punjab Shop and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 in the State of Punjab to keep open on all 365 days of the year for a further period of 1 year i.e. up to 31-05-2024, unless it is revoked, subject to certain conditions which are mentioned in this notifications, refer attachment for further details.
