- In order to enable the local residents to purchase their basic and daily essential commodities during the curfew period East Khasi Hills district with some arrangements for the week starting from 31st May 2021 to 4th June 2021.
- The public are to strictly adhere to the following while purchasing any commodities:-
- Only one person per household is permitted to move out to buy essential items.
- Wear proper mask at all times
- Maintain social distancing of at least 1 metre.
- Not overcrowd in one area/shop and spend minimum time in the shop.
- Cooperate with arrangements made by the Headmen/CCMTs and Incident commanders.
- Public should not move from one locality to the other to make purchase, as similar arrangements will be made in each locality.
