- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 read with section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to said Exchange for oneyear, commencing on the 29th day of May 2022 to 28th day of May 2023 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter:
- The Exchange shall comply with conditions as specified by IFSCA from time to time, refer attachment for further details.
