• In order to ensure expeditious processing of CTE/CTO for Ethanol producing industries, a SOP has been formulated in accordance with provisions of Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 198. The SOP has come into force on 23.06.2021.
