- They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- The employer shall pay stipend to the apprentice at the rate specified from time to time under rule 11. However, the cost of stipends shall be borne by the Central Government and the employer up to such limits as may be laid down by the Central Government, refer attachment for further details.
