- The Central Government, in consultation with the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, hereby extends the provisions of the said Act to the classes of establishments specified in column (1) and situated within the areas specified in column (2) of the Schedule hereto, with effect from the 1st day of June, 2022 (refer attachment).
