• • This is to enhance Ease of Doing Business in the State of Himachal Pradesh, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that henceforth of registration /license granted under the four Labour laws in automatic non-discretionary deemed renewal manner for submission of renewal applications online along with online deposit of renewalfee through existing portals of department for the purpose.
  1. The Factories Act, 1948
  2. The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
  3. The HP Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, 1969
  4. The Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979.
