• In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section (1) of the “The Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Act No.3 of 2022) and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints 05.05.2022 (Thursday) as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
